At Wealify, customers go through 3 levels of KYC: level 1, level 2, and level 3.

At Wealify, customers go through 3 levels of KYC: level 1, level 2, and level 3.

Once you have successfully registered your account, it will be automatically set to KYC level 1.
Your account needs to be updated to KYC level 2 to start experiencing Wealify's features and services.
Update your Wealify account to KYC level 2 to start experiencing Wealify's services and features:
Unlock the feature of using a Virtual Account to withdraw VND from platforms (Etsy, eBay, Amazon, etc.).
Allowing top-ups from your E-wallet and withdrawals to your E-wallet or bank account, ensuring easy management and use of your funds whenever needed.
Please follow the steps below:
👉 Step 1: Access your [Profile] page.
👉 Step 2: Click on [Start KYC level 2].
👉 Step 3: Select your country.
👉 Step 4: Fill in your personal information.
Select one of the three types of documents: ID card, Driving License, or Passport to upload.
The uploaded photos should include the front and back of the document, and a personal photo of yourself holding the document.

Original full-size, unedited documents
Readable, well-lit, colored images
A selfie should ensure that both the documents and your face are visible in the frame.
No black-and-white images
No edited or expired documents
The document verification process will take approximately 1-2 days. Please contact the Wealify Customer Support team if you haven't received any updates after 2 days.
Follow these steps to update your Wealify account to KYC level 3:
👉 Step 1: Access your [Profile] page.
👉 Step 2: Click on [Start KYC level 3].
👉 Step 3: Enter your personal/company address.
👉 Step 4: Select one of the document types, including Bank Statement, Internet Service Payment Bill, Credit Note, Tax Statement, or Bank Reference Letter, that displays your name and address and upload.
The document verification process will take approximately 1-2 days. Please contact the Wealify Customer Support team if you haven't received any updates after 2 days.
