# KYC Levels

## <mark style="color:orange;background-color:orange;">KYC level 1</mark>

Once you have successfully registered your account, it will be automatically set to KYC level 1.

Your account needs to be updated to KYC level 2 to start experiencing Wealify's features and services.

## <mark style="color:orange;background-color:orange;">KYC level 2</mark>

Update your Wealify account to KYC level 2 to unlock the feature of using a Virtual Account to withdraw VND from platforms (Etsy, eBay, Amazon, etc.).

Please follow the steps below:

**👉 Step 1:** Access your \[Profile] page.

**👉 Step 2:** Click on \[Start KYC level 2].

**👉 Step 3:** Select your country.

**👉 Step 4:** Fill in your personal information.

Select one of the three types of documents: ID card, Driving License, or Passport to upload.&#x20;

The uploaded photos should include the front and back of the document, and a personal photo of yourself holding the document.&#x20;

:exclamation:Please note: The uploaded photos should meet the following requirements:

* File in .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf format
* Original documents legally issued by the government
* Original full-size, unedited documents
* Readable, well-lit, colored images
* A selfie should ensure that both the documents and your face are visible in the frame.
* No black-and-white images
* No edited or expired documents

After providing the information, please wait for Wealify's Legal Department to verify your account information.

## <mark style="color:orange;background-color:orange;">KYC level 3</mark>

Follow these steps to update your Wealify account to KYC level 3:

**👉 Step 1:** Access your \[Profile] page.

**👉 Step 2:** Click on \[Start KYC level 3].

**👉 Step 3:** Enter your personal/company address.

**👉 Step 4:** Select one of the document types, including Bank Statement, Internet Service Payment Bill, Credit Note, Tax Statement, or Bank Reference Letter, that displays your name and address and upload.

After providing the information, please wait for Wealify's Legal Department to verify your account information.
