# What should I do if Esty requires bank verification when adding VA?

To add VA to Etsy, customers access their Etsy account and link VA to this platform with the following information:

\- Account holder name: According to the \[Card Holder] name on the customer's VA created with Wealify

\- Account number: According to the corresponding \[Card Number] on the customer's VA created with Wealify

Customers can click \[View Detail] next to the VA they want to add to see detailed information on that VA.

Normally when you add a VA to Etsy, Etsy will send a small deposit to verify the bank. However, currently, Wealify VA only accepts transactions with a minimum amount of 2,000 VND.

Therefore, in this case, please click \[Try again] to let Etsy allow bank verification by uploading a bank statement.
