# How do I update the details on my account?

## <mark style="color:orange;background-color:orange;">Edit Name</mark>

To edit your name on your Wealify account, please follow these steps:

**👉 Step 1:** Log into your Wealify account and go to the \[Profile] page.

**👉 Step 2:** Look for the \[Name] section and click on \[Edit].

**👉 Step 3:** Enter your updated name and click on \[Save].

✍️ Note: For Wealify accounts at KYC level 2 and level 3, you are not able to edit your registered name.

Once your account has reached KYC level 2 or a higher verification status, the name information you provided during the initial registration process becomes locked and can no longer be edited or changed.

## <mark style="color:orange;background-color:orange;">Edit Phone Number</mark>

To edit your phone number on your Wealify account, please follow these steps:

**👉 Step 1:** Log into your Wealify account and go to the \[Profile] page.

**👉 Step 2:** Look for the \[Phone number] section and click on \[Edit].

**👉 Step 3:** Enter your updated phone number and click on \[Save].

## <mark style="color:orange;background-color:orange;">Edit Email Address</mark>

Currently, Wealify does not support editing the email address associated with an existing account.&#x20;

If you want to use a different email address for your Wealify account, please create a new account with that email address.&#x20;

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but this restriction is in place to maintain the security and integrity of our user accounts.

## <mark style="color:orange;background-color:orange;">Edit Address</mark>

Wealify requires customers to provide their address when completing KYC level 3. Wealify needs to ensure that the address information provided by the customer is accurate and valid before proceeding with KYC level 3.&#x20;

If you want to change your address after completing KYC level 3, please contact the Wealify Customer Support team for assistance in handling the request.
