VA List page will display the list of VAs on your Wealify account, and also allow you to create new VAs:

  • [You created]: The number of VAs you have successfully created on your Wealify account. For each different Tier, the number of VAs that can be created is different.

  • Search & Filter: The search and filtering options support finding/filtering VAs by creation date range, status*, VA account name, and VA account number.

*VA account status: - [Active]: Currently active and can be used to receive funds from other platforms.

- [Restricted]: VA has violated Wealify's Policies and Terms of Service. VA will switch to [Inactive] status after the next 3 days. During the [Restricted] status, VA can still be used to receive money from other platforms.

- [Inactive]: Has been locked and cannot be used to receive funds from other platforms and cannot be re-opened. Wealify will not be responsible and will not handle cases where you continue to use an Inactive VA to receive funds from other platforms. Customers need to create a new VA account to continue using the service.
