# What is Wealify Virtual Account?

Wealify Virtual Account (abbreviated as \[VA]) is a virtual bank account designed to support businesses and individuals in making withdrawal transactions on [trading platforms](#user-content-fn-1)[^1]<mark style="color:red;">\*</mark> such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Paypal, Payoneer, LianLian, and Pingpong.

Customers can create a name on VA themselves. Customers can only create and use VA features when their Wealify account has completed KYC level 2 or higher.

If the account does not meet the requirements, you need to upgrade your KYC level.
