Reasons for Account Registration Rejection

Wealify may reject account registrations due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incomplete registration information: If the provided registration details are missing the required information, the account application may be rejected.

  • Invalid or expired registration information: If the submitted documents for verification are invalid, expired, or not supported by the platform's requirements, the account registration may be rejected.

  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria: If the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set by the platform, such as age restrictions or residency requirements, the account registration may be rejected.

  • Duplicate or multiple accounts: If the platform detects multiple registrations from the same individual or duplicate accounts, the additional registrations may be rejected.

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity: If there are indications or suspicions of fraudulent activity or violation of the platform's terms and conditions during the registration process, the account registration may be rejected.

Wealify recommends that you should locate the most recent email you've received from our company. We may have sent you a message explaining the reason why your registration request could not be approved at this time.

Please be sure to check your email's spam folder, as well as any other inbox folders, for any updates related to your registration. The email address associated with the account you tried to create is where this communication would be sent.
