How do I top-up into Wealify wallet?

Wealify offers 2 top-up solutions for customers: via Bank transfer & via E-Wallet transfer.

Top-up via Bank transfer

Definition: Top-up via bank transfer is the action of customers transferring VND from their bank account to Wealify's account.

Customers are required to complete KYC level 2 to start top-up via bank transfer.

πŸ‘‰ Step 1: Log into your Wealify account and click [Top up] in the Dashboard screen.

πŸ‘‰ Step 2: Choose [Bank transfer] method then click [Next].

πŸ‘‰ Step 3: Enter the amount of VND you want to top-up or the amount of VNDW you want to receive in your Wealify account. Then click [Top up].

On this screen, you can check your VNDW balance in Wealify.

Note: The gray text below allows customers to monitor their remaining monthly limit.

The amount of VNDW received or the amount of VND needed to top-up will be converted based on the default exchange rate of 1 VND = 1 VNDW and deducted by Wealify's top-up fee.

πŸ‘‰ Step 4: Transfer the VND amount to Wealify's bank account using the correct transfer syntax to complete the transaction.

Note: Please make sure to transfer the correct amount and follow the syntax displayed on the screen to expedite the processing of your top-up order.

✍️ Notes:

  • Use the primary account with the account name matching the identity information provided to make transfers.

  • The system will automatically update the account balance within 2 to 10 minutes. If you do not see an increase in your balance after 30 minutes, please contact Wealify Customer Support.

  • The order will be canceled if we do not receive the payment within 24 hours.

πŸ‘‰ Step 5: Check your account balance and the Top-up status on [Transactions History] page.

  • Your request will change to the [Successful] status within 30s - 1 minutes after you complete transferring the fund. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email titled [Top-up Successful] if your top-up order is successfully confirmed.

  • A [Failed] top-up order will be marked as failed if you do not complete the top-up transaction within 24 hours.

  • If your order remains in the "Pending" status for more than 30 minutes, please contact the Wealify Customer Support team for assistance.

Top-up via E-wallet transfer

Definition: Top-up via E-Wallet transfer is a method where customers use their E-Wallet to transfer funds to Wealify's wallet.

Customers can start top-up via E-Wallet from KYC level 1.

πŸ‘‰ Step 2: Choose [E-Wallet transfer] method then click [Next].

πŸ‘‰ Step 3: Choose the E-Wallet along with currency you want to top-up from.

πŸ‘‰ Step 4: Enter the amount you want to top-up or the amount of VNDW you want to receive in your Wealify account. Then click [Top up].

πŸ‘‰ Step 5: Access your E-wallet account and make the transfer using the information displayed on the screen.

Note: Please make sure to transfer the correct amount and follow the syntax displayed on the screen to expedite the processing of your top-up order.

  • To generate an automated invoice for the purpose of transferring funds on E-wallet, please scroll down the screen and click the [Download Invoice] button.

  • Fill in your E-wallet account information (Account Name, Email address and Address) and download the invoice.

πŸ‘‰ Step 6: After successfully transferring the funds, please return to Wealify and enter the [Transaction ID] you just performed. Then, click [Confirm Top-up] to complete the top-up process.

Note: Your order will only begin processing once you enter the transaction ID and click [Confirm Top-up].

πŸ‘‰ Step 7: Check your account balance and track the Top-up status in Transaction History.

  • Your request will change to the [Successful] status within 1-7 minutes after you complete entering the transaction ID and click [Confirm Top-up]. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email titled [Top-up Successful] if your top-up order is successfully confirmed.

  • A top-up request will be marked as [Failed] if you fail to complete the top-up transaction within 24 hours.

  • If your request is in the [Pending] status, please enter the transaction ID and click [Confirm Top-up] to initiate the processing by the system.

  • If your request remains in the [Processing] status for more than 30 minutes, please contact the Wealify Customer Support team for assistance.
