How do I withdraw VNDY from VA into Bank/E-wallet?

👉 Step 1: Login to your Wealify account. Click on the [Virtual account] section and [Withdraw] option.

👉 Step 2: Select the bank account you want to withdraw the funds from the VA into from the displayed list.

In case you want to add a new bank, click on the [Add Method] and fill in the required information.

👉 Step 3: Enter the VNDY amount you want to withdraw from the VA or the amount you want to receive in your bank.

Then, click on the [Withdraw] button.

👉 Step 4: Check the balance and withdrawal status on the [VA Dashboard] or [VA Transactions] page.

- [Success]: Successful transactions of withdrawing funds from your Virtual Account (VA) to your bank.

- [Pending]: Your transactions of withdrawing funds from your Virtual Account (VA) to your bank are in the pending stage, waiting for the system to process.

- [Failed]: Your transactions of withdrawing funds from your Virtual Account (VA) to your bank have failed.

The expected time for a successful withdrawal from the VA is within 24 hours, on working days from Monday to Friday.
