# How long is the top-up processing time?

<mark style="background-color:orange;">For deposits from PingPong, Payoneer, LianLian, and Worldfirst wallets:</mark>

* The estimated completion time for a successful deposit is between 2 and 10 minutes.&#x20;
* If the customer's account balance is not updated after 30 minutes, the customer should contact Wealify Customer Care for assistance.&#x20;
* If the customer initiates a deposit request but does not complete the process, the request will be automatically canceled after 72 hours.

<mark style="background-color:orange;">For depositing from Tazapay and Mercury wallets:</mark>

* The estimated completion time for a successful deposit is 1 to 4 business days.&#x20;
* If the customer's account balance is not updated after 4 business days, the customer should contact Wealify Customer Care for assistance.
