# How do I top-up into Wealify Wallet?

Definition: Top-up via E-Wallet transfer is a method where customers use their E-Wallet to transfer funds to Wealify Wallet.

Customers can start top-up via E-Wallet from KYC level 2.

**👉 Step 1:** Log into your Wealify account and click \[Top up] in the Dashboard screen.

**👉 Step 2:** Choose the \[E-Wallet transfer] method then click \[Next].

**👉 Step 3:** Select the wallet and currency you want to deposit.

**👉 Step 4:** Enter the amount you want to top-up or the amount of VNDW you want to receive in your Wealify account. Then click \[Top up].

**👉 Step 5:** Access your E-wallet account and make the transfer using the information displayed on the screen.

* To generate an automated invoice to transfer funds on E-wallet, please scroll down the screen and click the \[Download Invoice] button.
* Fill in your E-wallet account information (Account name, Email address, and Address) and download the invoice.

**👉 Step 6:** Confirm deposit.&#x20;

* For deposits from PingPong, Payoneer, LianLian, and Worldfirst wallets, after successfully transferring money, return to Wealify and enter the \[Transaction ID] you just made. Then, click \[Confirm Top-up] to complete the deposit process. The deposit order will only start processing when the customer has entered the Trans ID and clicked \[Confirm Top-up].&#x20;
* For Tazapay and Mercury top-up, after successful transfer, return to Wealify and click \[Confirm Top-up] to complete the top-up process.

**👉 Step 7:** Check your deposit balance and status on the \[Transaction History] page.&#x20;

<mark style="background-color:orange;">For deposits from PingPong, Payoneer, LianLian, and Worldfirst wallets:</mark>

* The top-up request will change to \[<mark style="color:green;">Success</mark>] status within 2-10 minutes after completing the transaction code and clicking \[Confirm Top-up]. In addition, customers will also receive a confirmation email with the title \[Top-up Successful] if the top-up request is successfully confirmed.
* The top-up request will display the status \[<mark style="color:red;">Failed</mark>] if the customer does not complete the top-up transaction within 72 hours.
* If the top-up request is in \[<mark style="color:orange;">Pending</mark>] status, customers need to enter the transaction code and click \[Confirm Top-up] for the system to receive the order and process it.
* If the top-up request is in \[<mark style="color:blue;">Process</mark>] status for more than 30 minutes, customers need to contact Wealify Customer Service for support.

<mark style="background-color:orange;">For depositing money from Tazapay and Mercury wallets:</mark>

* The top-up request will change to \[<mark style="color:green;">Success</mark>] status within 1-4 business days after the customer completes the top-up transaction and clicks \[Confirm Top-up]. In addition, the customer will also receive a confirmation email titled \[Top-up Successful] if the top-up request is successfully confirmed.
* If the top-up request is still in \[<mark style="color:orange;">Pending</mark>] status after 4 business days, the customer needs to contact Wealify Customer Service for support.
