How do I update the details on my account?

Below is guide to edit name, phone number, email or address on your Wealify account:

Edit Name

To edit your name on your Wealify account, please follow these steps:

👉 Step 1: Log into your Wealify account and navigate to the [Profile] page.

👉 Step 2: Look for the [Name] section and click on [Edit].

👉 Step 3: Enter your updated name and click on [Save].

✍️ Note: For Wealify accounts at KYC level 2 and level 3, you are not able to edit your registered name.

Once your account has reached KYC level 2 or a higher verification status, the name information you provided during the initial registration process becomes locked and can no longer be edited or changed.

Edit Phone Number

Currently, the phone number field on your Wealify account is not editable. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. We are pleased to help you manage your Wealify account smoothly.

Edit Email Address

At this time, Wealify does not support editing the email address associated with an existing account.

If you would like to use a different email address for your Wealify account, you will need to create a new account with the desired email.

This is a limitation of the Wealify platform. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but this restriction is in place to maintain the security and integrity of our user accounts.

Edit Address

Wealify requires customers to provide their address when completing KYC level 3. Wealify needs to ensure that the address information provided by the customer is accurate and valid before proceeding with KYC level 3.

If you wish to change your address after completing KYC level 3, please contact the Wealify Customer Support team for assistance in handling the request.
