KYC Levels
At Wealify, customers go through 3 levels of KYC: 1-2-3. Each level corresponds to different types of service. The higher the level is, the more benefits and access to services customers have.
KYC level 1
KYC 1 - Begin your Wealify journey with our key features:
Top-up into your Wealify account through E-wallet.
Once you have successfully registered your account, it will be automatically set to Level 1.
KYC level 2
Although KYC level 2 is not mandatory, completing it provides users with additional benefits, including:
Unlocking the feature of topping up VND to your Wealify account up to 2,000,000,000 VND per month.
Unlocking the Virtual Account feature, which allows you to enjoy the convenience and security of Wealify's integrated card services.
Allowing withdrawals to your E-wallet and bank account ensures easy access to your funds whenever you need them.
Please follow the steps below:
For Individuals:
👉 Step 1: Access your [Profile] page.
👉 Step 2: Click on [Start KYC level 2].
👉 Step 3: Select your country.
👉 Step 4: Fill in your personal information.
Select one of the three types of documents: ID card, Driving License, or Passport to upload. The uploaded photos should include the front and back of the document, as well as a personal photo of yourself holding the document.
❗Please note: The uploaded photos should meet the following requirements:
File in .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf format
Government-issued
Original full-size, unedited documents
Readable, well-lit, colored images
A selfie should ensure that both the ID card and the paper with the current date are visible in the frame.
No black-and-white images
No edited or expired documents
The review process will take approximately 1-2 days. Please kindly reach out to the Wealify Customer Support team if you haven't received any updates after 2 days.
For Businesses:
👉 Step 1: Access your [Profile] page.
👉 Step 2: Click on [Start KYC level 2].
👉 Step 3: Select your country.

KYC level 3
By completing KYC level 3, users will enjoy additional benefits, including:
Increased amount limitation for top-up and withdrawal transactions, allowing you to manage larger amounts of money more easily.
Seize the opportunity to open more virtual accounts, providing you with convenience and the ability to manage your finances effectively.
👉 Step 1: Access your [Profile] page.
👉 Step 2: Click on [Start KYC level 3].
👉 Step 3: Enter your personal/company address.
👉 Step 4: Select one of the document types, including Bank Statement, Internet Service Payment Bill, Credit Note, Tax Statement, Bank Reference Letter, that clearly displays your name and address and upload.
