How long is the top-up processing time?

• The estimated completion time for a successful funds transfer is between 2 to 10 minutes. If your account balance does not reflect the transfer after 30 minutes, please contact the Wealify Customer Support team.

• If you initiate a top-up request but do not complete the process, the request will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.

• The estimated completion times for each top-up method are as follows: - Top-up via Bank transfer: 30s - 1 minute - Top-up via E-Wallet transfer: 1-7 minutes
