How do I top-up into Wealify Virtual Account?

• To top-up into the Virtual Account (VA), you access trading platforms like Etsy, eBay, etc., and link your VA to these platforms using the following information: - Account Holder Name: According to the [Card Holder] name on the VA you created with Wealify. - Account Number: According to the [Card Number] corresponding to the VA you created with Wealify.

• After completing the linking of the VA to the above platforms, you can then proceed to initiate a withdrawal of funds from those platforms into the VA on your Wealify account.

• You can track the history and status of the top-up transactions into the VA (i.e. the withdrawal transactions from the platforms to the VA) on the [VA Dashboard] or [VA Transactions] page. - [Success]: Successful transactions of your receiving funds into your Virtual Account (VA) from the platforms. - [Processing]: Your transactions of receiving funds into your Virtual Account (VA) from the platforms are waiting for the system to process. - [Failed]: Your transactions of receiving funds into your Virtual Account (VA) from the platforms have failed.

• The processing time for deposit transactions into the VA depends on the other platforms involved. Wealify cannot intervene in these cases.
