Việc này **không** ảnh hưởng đến số dư hiện có. Các VA sử dụng đầu bank 963699 **vẫn có thể thực hiện các giao dịch *****rút tiền*** về tài khoản đã liên kết. 

Các VA sử dụng đầu bank BIDV khác hoạt động bình thường và không bị ảnh hưởng.

Để đảm bảo việc nhận tiền không bị gián đoạn, quý khách **tạo VA mới và thực hiện thay đổi thông tin trên các nền tảng tương ứng** theo các bước sau:

* **Bước 1:** Đăng nhập vào tài khoản Wealify.
* **Bước 2:** Kiểm tra **Danh sách tài khoản ảo (VA)** và lọc trạng thái "**Restricted**".

* **Bước 3:** Tạo VA mới.
