# How do I cancel the top-up transaction?

Customers can proactively cancel a deposit transaction that is in \[Pending] status when there is a mistake in transaction information (wrong amount, wrong e-wallet information, etc.).

**👉 Step 1:** Select the top-up transaction to cancel and click \[View Detail].

**👉 Step 2:** Click \[Cancel Order] and confirm cancellation of transaction.
