How do I cancel the top-up transaction?

Customers can proactively cancel a deposit transaction that is in [Pending] status when there is a mistake in transaction information (wrong amount, wrong e-wallet information, etc.).

👉 Step 1: Select the top-up transaction to cancel and click [View Detail].

👉 Step 2: Click [Cancel Order] and confirm cancellation of transaction.
